Biography
A word from Lara Tiger
In the following, she explains
to us her love for Tomb Raider...
It all began in December 1996. I was
spending the holidays with my boyfriend at the time, and his family.
His brother brought a Play Station and a whole bunch of games. I had
never played any 3-D games before, but he offered me the chance to
be the first to try it out. I glanced at all the covers, then I picked
two games, one with a funny little creature in it, called "Crash Bandicoot",
and one with a woman and some exciting title, "Tomb Raider". At first,
I got nauseous from the 3-D environment, but after a while, I couldn't
remember what 2-D felt liked at all.
Since then, I've followed Lara with great
excitement, both IN the games and OUT of the games. Believe me, if I
had the money, I would own every single TR-related thing in the world!
I love the games, especially
TRI, because it satisfies my thirst for mythology and adventure.
But I also love Lara Croft very much. She is strong, independent,
sophisticated and sexy even after a week in a tomb! In other
words, she's just about everything a young woman like me wants
to be! She is the ultimate role model for me, and I am truly
honored to be able to give her a "real face".
